Developing a strong relationship with my clients, leads to exceptional athletic and physical performance. I value human understanding, and this separates me from all the other coaches I have encountered in this industry. Taking the time to listen, and understand each and everyone of my clients has helped me guide and program accordingly. This also allows me to tap into that force which drives them and obtains long and sustained success.

I am very intuitive, and pride myself on being able to read the situation well. Knowing when to push or when to back off. My entire business has moved online since the pandemic. I now have clients all over the world. I have studied and learnt what it takes to be an excellent online coach. I have adapted to this new era. I use the ZOOM platform which includes white board explanations, and lots of video demonstrations. I also provide an online data collection service which allows my clients to track, observe, and repeat. This allows for maximum success. I have done well over 1000 ZOOM sessions and call myself an expert.
